INTRODUCTION

This is the web site for the Merriott Gun club, a clay pigeon shooting club based in the village of Merriott in Somerset.  Please use the navigation buttons above to explore the site.  

MEMBERS NOTICES

​The club is currently closed to new membership, however if you are interested in joining contact Nigel via the Enquiries page, and you will be added to a waiting list.

Club members are required to familiarise themselves, and adhere to the club rules.  

Please remember the following points 

• Break barrel guns should be carried broken or in a gun slip at all times when not shooting.
• Semi-Auto / Pump action shotguns should either have a safety flag inserted or be returned to a gun slip when not shooting.​
• Members and guests are expected to provide their own eye and hearing protection, however if required the club can provide safety glasses and hearing protection.

​It is the individual's responsibility to ensure they are wearing sufficient safety equipment, at all times during the shoot.

​ Please remember only FIBER WAD cartridges to be used at all shooting venues.
